Panorama from pixels
Overlapping frames, aligned by phase correlation on an image pyramid, seams chosen where nothing moved, drift corrected globally. Every panorama carries a confidence; a poor one says so instead of pretending.
Nothing on this page is in a release yet. Each feature below is described as it is designed and being built; the table at the end names every one with its state.
A global hotkey freezes every display at once, before the overlay appears. You choose a display, a window or a region on that frozen picture, with a crosshair, live dimensions and a pixel magnifier, by mouse or by keyboard. The capture is cut from the snapshot, never taken again.

Where a browser or an accessibility tree exposes exact scroll positions, Quikap drives the scroll itself and knows about sticky headers and nested scrollers. The engines negotiate; the best one available is used.
Video with system audio and a microphone, on one monotonic clock. The cursor and the clicks are recorded as telemetry beside the pixels, not burned into them, so you decide how they look at export.
A document is the capture plus layers: vector shapes, text, callouts, step badges, image stamps, effects and redaction. Commands are recorded, so undo and redo are exact. The canvas is tiled, with mip levels, and the viewport asks only for what is visible: a very large panorama is as easy to work with as a small screenshot.
Available in a release and tested by us. Less tested in a release, tested less widely than the rest. Being built in no release yet. Not yet not started.

"Tested by us" will mean automated tests, golden images, and captures driven with real input on a clean Windows machine. It will not mean every monitor, every application or every keyboard. The status page says the same in words.
Nothing is released yet, and this site will say so until a release is published. Licenses are issued to teams we can support well while the products take shape; one license covers both programs.
