Third-party notices

The open-source software Quikap, QuikapStudio and this site are built with, and the licences it is used under.

Last changed

Quikap and QuikapStudio are built on the work of others. This page names what they are built with today and under which licence. When a release ships, the notices and the licence texts of exactly the components that ship are installed beside each program, as THIRD-PARTY-NOTICES.txt, and this page is brought up to date with them.

Both programs are at their first milestone; the lists below are what their source depends on now, and will grow.

The overlay shell is planned on GPUI (Apache 2.0). It is not part of any build until its full dependency tree has passed a licence review: three of its dependencies are under the Mozilla Public License 2.0, and that review is open. No Quikap binary links GPUI today.

Icons

The programs' icons, and this site's, are drawn for them, in the style of Lucide (ISC License).

The site loads no script, style, font or image from anybody else.

Names

Windows is a trademark of the Microsoft group of companies. Snagit is a trademark of TechSmith Corporation; it is named on this site only to say what kind of tool Quikap is, and nothing here is derived from it. Other names may be trademarks of their owners. They are used here to say what the programs work with, and imply no endorsement.
