Quikap and QuikapStudio are licensed per installation, and one license covers both. During early access, licenses are issued on request. Prices for general availability have not been announced, and we will not guess at them here.

Both programs, on a number of seats. Each installation of Quikap or of QuikapStudio that is activated with the license key takes one seat; the two programs on one computer are two seats. You can see your installations on your account page and give a seat back at any time.
Both programs go on working on the computers where they are installed. Those installations stop receiving updates, and the downloads page closes, until the license is renewed.
No. An installation carries a signed entitlement that it can check by itself. It asks this site only when it looks for an update or renews that entitlement. Capturing and editing never depend on this site.
Yes. Deactivate the installation you no longer use, in the program or on your account page, and activate the new one.
